This so called ex friend of mine, has me going to court for apologizing to him after he said to stop texting. Now I have to go to court, and the summons says that the incident took place at an address(I'm assuming his) the thing is, I've never been to his house. I'm not sure the courts will believe that since I've been apologizing to this individual when told to stop. When I met with the officer he told me that the person told him I've been apologizing for something that happened 7yrs ago, which is another lie, because I met him at work and didn't start until I was 20 so 7yrs ago I was 18 and didn't know him. Anyway I don't even know what he has told the officer, and the only proof I have of him talking to me is a call from earlier this yr and a bunch of messages from 07 on myspace. I changed phones so I have no other proof. But it sucks because i think he's saying i went to his house and that's a lie, he might have also said he hasn't talked to me for 7 yrs, which is also untrue. Am I just screwed or what?

First off, when your in front of the judge, ask him if he can produce any kind of evidence that you were at his house, ask him which day. But be prepared to tell the judge and have witness for the exact day and time he tells you, proving to the judge he cannot be trusted to bring up the truth.

Another thing, if you need to bring up messages call your old cell phone's wireless service provider, tell them its a legal case and that you need all of the calls made and received from your phone along with the text messages. They could have them saved on back up discs. Good Luck!
