court ordered supervised visits?

there are court ordered supervised visits between my spouse and our two year old. the supervised visits happen at his moms house two weekends out of the month.

my question is is she allowed to deny phone calls to our two year old with out here being there. it is court ordered for reasonable phone access to our son. she has denied this before and i told my attorney about it.

the reason she says she is denying it with out her being there is because he gets agitated with me.

shes not there all the time so he really only talks with his son every other weekend. and maybe two times a month on the phone.

pulse being the grandmother she takes some of responsibility when our son is with them. how is these supervised visits going to be lifted if he only baths his son and puts him to bed and plays with him.that's all he does)

his father is know to not be able to make the right choices based on whats right for his son. so i don't see them being lifted until our son is old enough to make some of his own decisions.

so my questions is what the supervised visit providers rights, and she allowed to deny phone access?
