My husband got busted for driving with no insurance well he had to go to court the other day and now he gots to go again the 23rd and he has a lawyer.. He plead not guilty this is his first time didn't know what to do they arrested him gave him a warrant and then let him go after court, everyone told him to plead not guilty cause its the first time so he did.. we are worried that he will go to jail a few peeps says that he will get at least 90 days in jail and other says he wont just fines. He hasn't talked to his lawyer yet cause they have not got his case but they said once he gets it they will call. Does anyone have any ideal on this ?? Again this is his first time so we have no clue what is gonna happen.. Thanks
and it was not his lawyer that told him not to plead not guilty it was friends of his again this is his first time he had no clue what to do
