what are my options in court if i have been issued with a fine and court cost by the magistrates court and i have no income and can prove that i have recieved no income scince the end of july this is due to my boss failling to pay my wages

Tell the court you have no income and state the reason. The court will apply for an attachment of earnings order - this is where a small amount of money is docked from your wages each month until the fine is paid. If the wages fail, it's your boss's problem.

if you talk to them your most likly going to be put on community service, then have to pay back some of the money once you start making money again.

Well the process may differ based on where you are, but go to the court house (or the place where you are supposed to pay). Tell them your problem and inability to pay.

Often they can setup a payment plan (a little bit every week).

If there is community service, then they have to take you back to court, where you have the cost of a lawyer and the court also has a cost. So they would prefer you pay a little at a time until you pay it off.
