i got a court date for careless driving in denver this week...
no accidents or injuries...
if i plead guilty, will i go to jail.,.in that case, to avoid jail, can i prefer to come back with a lawyer...

I had a careless driving ticket in Aurora. There was an accident- I hit a tree and another car. I wasn't drinking just not paying attention. The court lower the charges to a defective vehicle charge. I did not need a lawyer. Just talk to the prosecutor before you go in front of the judge.
