While you are involved in this (or any) court case, you MUST stop smoking. Even when tempted. It is the only way to get out of the system.
It depends how often you smoke. If you smoke frequently, like several times a week, it may take up to 30 days to leave your body. If you are an infrequent user, like twice a month, it could only be a week or 10 days. It also depends on the potency of the weed you smoked.
Either way, as long as you completely abstain from pot from now until your court date AND avoid fatty foods (the fat stores the toxins in your body longer) AND drink a ton of water on your court date (til you are pissin clear for at least a half hour) and have a water bottle with you to drink while waiting for your case to be called you should be fine. Do exactly what I just said and you will be ok.
Btw, even if you did come out dirty, they will probably just give you a little slap on the wrist called 'continued without a finding' meaning they keep your case open for about six months or so and if you don't get in trouble at all, they drop the whole case. You would have to stay clean for that time period.
