My fiancee and I went to Hermosa Beach yesterday and experienced the worst service you could imagine. It was a cute, upscale, pricey, cafe on the beach, one would imagine you get the service you pay for...uh, NOT! Every time we ordered she would object to it, she got our order wrong, we asked for a refill, an she brought the actual 2 liter and filled it up, we didn't have utensils, she brings them, drops one on the floor, wipes it off on her apron and puts them in a pile on the table. I don't have very high expectations with this stuff, but come on! I was the one complaining, my fiancee felt bad and still left a $2 tip, AND PAID THE DAMN BILL! When I asked for the manager, she was the owner!
