Unfinished food. My shrimp salad, and a box of the phyllo cups - no
time to do them the old way today. I haven't made shrimp salad in a long
time and after finely dicing everything, it was a bit watery. So, I
wrapped it all in cheese cloth and wrung it out before putting in the
mayonnaise and other seasonings. Paula Dean's recipe, but it didn't
have Old Bay seasoning in the recipe. I added it.
The egg shaped strawberry cake will be decorated in the morning. It is
yummy. I ate the parts I cut off to make it sit flat, and the high
middle part so the layers fit together nicely.

Potatoes will be done tomorrow morning, too.
