...MT without any modifications? My 2004 MT 2.3L Mazda 3 needs a new engine and I found a great deal on a low mileage 2007 2.3L engine, but it's from an automatic. Do the year or transmission type matter when it comes to swapping the engines out? The body style is identical for 2004-2008. Thanks for any help!
