i am looking at a cell phone to buy and i have decided that i really want the LG xenon. but i have never owned a phone before, i was wondering how much is the monthly bill and how much is the phone. i have about 180$ but i have to pay the bill for till september. my parents pay me 8$ for every hour of chores i work. could i afford this.
