no, as long as it's not an illegal substance you won't go to jail. HOWEVER, you may have a pissed off person after you. some real hard addicts kill for being ripped off.
 
I think it's possible, it depends. Did you know it wasn't weed, and stuff, he'd probably have to press charges or something though. Not many people go tell the cops that their friend sold them a bad batch of herb lol
 
No. Weed is weed no matter where you look at it. And of course, herbs are herbs whether you flip-flop the damn thing in the air. I suppose if you are selling herbs in the natural way like inside a shop or store I do not think people will mistake this as a weed no matter how it looks like. But if you are selling herbs under a bridge in the middle of the night, then it is considered to be illegal drugs. We just use our common sense ok.
