could this bike handle some track jumps, im 14 so nothing extreem but could it take some 5ft jumps?
Ok, also 5 ft is like the max i would be jumping so it wont be consistant 5ft-ers, theres like 1 on the track. but ill check out some new tires. can the fork support it too, or will i have to look into a pricey RockShox?
also if it isnt a hassle. what are some good jumping bikes around this price. Thanks all!!!

That Avalanche FRAME cant take some jumping yes but the biggest problem with any bike in this price range will be wheels. They cannot take repeated 5' jumps. Even though they are double walled these wheels are WTB SX24 wheels and are not all that strong unless you leave them ON THE GROUND where they belong. If you start jumping with this bike (IT is NOT a Freeride bike and will NOT handle that kind of use and neither will the 1.0 either) you will have to have the wheels trued after a very short time so Jump it if you want just remember I told you so!

yes it can but it was not designed to jump it was designed to handle off road type areas.if u wanna do jumps get a bike that is more designed for that.
