Corollas) Didn't turn out so well? The big problem is that some start burning a quart of oil every 100 miles or something.
Now..
Could this be because the original owners may have been thinking that since its a 'Toyota" that the engine lives forever and you dont have to check the oil? then the car normally burns, or is supposed to actually burn a little oil, then it never gets checked or its too late?

is that the reason this happend/happens?
