Could this be the fuel pump on my 1995 Chevy Corsica?

Okay, about a month ago, I bought a 1995 Chevy Corsica for 900 bucks. It starts great, it runs good for the most part, it has a lot of miles on it, but here's what it's been doing: for starters, when I get up around 60mph, when I left off of the gas, the car seems to stutter almost, like it'll skip a time or two for just a couple of seconds until the speedometer gets back down to around 55. That's the only speed at which I've noticed this problem.

And then earlier tonight when I went out to run some errands, I pushed on the gas and the car would accelerate but not nearly as fast as it normally does. So I went and bought some fuel injector cleaner as I was advised to, and put it in the gas tank. On the way home from the store, I drove it a few miles, still having the problems with acceleration, it was very sluggish, and I stomped the gas and finally heard the fuel injectors kick in and after that it seemed to accelerate okay.

Now there's been no problem shifting gears, no grinding, no hesitation, no problems with that *knocks on wood* and I had someone drop the pan and check for metal shavings and there were none. I just had an oil change a week ago, and also a week ago changed my spark plugs and wires.

Could this be the fuel pump going bad or could it be something simple like dirty fuel injectors or a dirty fuel filter?

I'm supposed to be headed home tomorrow (I've been out of town for a week) for a prenatal doctor's appointment and it's a 2 hour drive, so I'm really nervous about driving my car that far with it acting like that, but I won't have the money to do anything about it until Thursday.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this matter. I know a few things about cars, I'm just not trying to spend an arm and a leg figuring it out (hence why I only bought a 900 dollar car in the first place, ha ha) and I have places I have to be so I'm almost in panic mode over here.

Oh and on a side note, I took it to Auto Zone and their code finder wouldn't work on the car, so that doesn't help out either. Tried it twice at two different locations.
