Could this be a spirit photo?

There is a reason that one would appear. A lady was murdered in the house next door to us. The murderer lived on the other side of our duplex. I did not edit this photo in any way it came straight from the camera.

Do you think it is a spirit photo or just something on the lens?
 
Trust me on this ... you will know it when someone takes an actual photo of a spirit ... as it would at least make the nightly news.

This and the million other photos of orbs and whatever are not pictures of spirits or ghosts or anything mysterious.
