what the storm management did was WRONG? but a lot of their players were signed up to the club when they were kids. so where is the incentive to go out and find a 15 yo with talent and bring them up to the next level. shouldn't there be some sort of reduction in the salary cap for this? if they gave like a 5% concession or the like to juniors would this help?
