It's obviously not the greatest, most innovative phone in the universe. It isn't an iPhone. It will never be a market leader. It doesn't have 100,000 features.

But really; looking at it, I can see lots of people buying it. It is a bit quirky, and a bit individual. And quite frankly, it looks nicer than most phones on the market - and A LOT of people go purely on that.
I like that heart comment: It's true, Nokia, was a lot of peoples, first 'mobile' phone. Rather than 'phone you carry if you strap it to your back'.
