How does a motion work? How long do it take to see the judge? Is this a good reason for a motion: The plaintiff's lawyer stop responding to the defendant's lawyer because they realized they didn't have the case they thought they had. No knowing that the plaintiff keeps everything, they thought she have thrown away papers so they decide to lie on the divorce. No the plan back fired on the plaintiff and no they aren't responding. The last contact was made in December of last year, no more response from the defendant nor his lawyer. Would there be a special motion for this?
