If I buy a prepaid phone from Best Buy, can I buy the minutes anywhere? What is the cheapest way to go for a prepaid phone. It's for my 11 year old son, and this is all new to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated, he is driving me nuts with questions that I don't have answers to.
