My phone bill says that I'm going on the Internet every day and honestly I never use it! It's says that there's an app running that I never activated and I don't know what to do or how to turn it off. How can turn it off and explain to the us cellular company that I refuse to pay for these daily charges since I never use my Internet!?
Could someone help explain to me what these unknown charges are on my us cellular bill?
