Im getting ready to start collage soon and the career i would like to go in is defiantly in the video game industry. i think i want to program games. Ive always been extremely good with sand box type games, and im capable of spending ridiculous amounts of time focusing on detail. im also good with comeing up with ideas for things to make so i dont think writers block would ever be a problem. but i know that programming games would envolve codes and not be anything like playing a sand box style video game. what i dont know are the limitations programming and the requirements. how much would i be able to make and what kind of degree would i want. and what job exactly would i want.
and if anyone knows a good website i could learn to mod games on so i can kind of get the hang of programming if its like moding that would be cool
