Could somebody please edit this small moving picture so the background is black

and not white? I couldn't figure out how to do it. I have GIMP picture editor, but when I tried making it white in the background, the picture didn't show up moving. Just one frozen spot. I will give best answer if someone fixes it.. or tells me how and it works. Thanks in advance =]
