Could somebody help me with a .NET Framework problem?

I am having a .NET Framework error when I try to open a program that needs it. The error looks like this: http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/3575/probk.jpg

I have already tried the following and still receive the message:

Installing "Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile"
Installing the "Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer)"
Installing "Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended"

After trying all of these, I still get the same error message even if I restart my comuputer. Could somebody help me please?
