If demons or spirits were real could they take advantage of someones mental illness? What I mean by that is if the person honestly had a medically proved mental illness, and that person was not saved. If this is possible does anybody know of any websites or books about this ? Just to clarify the mental illness is not really a demon, but the demon taking advantage of someone who is unsaved and scientifically mental ill.
Mental Illness definitely is real and not a demon. However I used to be a Psych Tech at a State Mental Hospital and the patients that had a positive spiritual life fared better than the patients that had a negative spiritual connection or no connection at all. Maybe, it could be positive and negative energy, like Metaphysics ?
