I have been to several doctors...they cant find a problem..been tested for MS twice... now, I have a new symptom to add to the long list...

I have all over pins and needles...just started today. I woke up with both arms and legs mostly asleep and then had pins and needles all day..feels like something is biting me...it is worse on the left side....but its even in my face...aggravating!

whats worse, is with my anxiety disorder, I have to keep convincing myself I am not having a stroke....I am just curious what could cause the heaviness I feel and the sore muscles and pins and needles all over?

my colors good, my mind is good...but it feels like something is crawling under my skina dn biting me...

HELP..need some insight please?

Have you had your B12 level checked? Any exposure to heavy metals? (lead paint, insecticides, fungicides, spray paint/air brush paint, occupational exposure, etc)

Both low B12 and heavy metal toxicity can cause "glove and stocking" paresthesia or pins and needles.

Which tests did you have done for MS? It's so difficult to diagnose.

They just took bloodwork I dont know what tests...I always feel worse after a shower...my body feels like dead weight afterwards and I get one of my headaches. I have been taking my one a day multiples...and I havent been exposed to anything I know of except some funky mold growing in the basement...... shoudl I run to the ER?

and I get these awful muscle twitches all over my body ,...they just keep telling me I have anxiety...I feel like, my anxiety is being set off by whatever I do have

If I were you I'd make an appt with a neurologist for a thorough exam and ask him/her to do a MRI. The other tests they might do are a spinal tap or an evoked potential (EP) test. I've never heard of a blood test for MS.

It could be any number of things other than MS, low B12 would be a nice simple problem, or Lyme, a complicated migraine, cord compression from spinal stenosis - lot's of things, but I think you need to see a really good neurologist to wade through it all.

Years ago I had terrible panic attacks. I would drive my car to the hospital ER and then just sit in the parking lot too ashamed to go in (the staff knew me from previous visits) even tho I felt like I might be dying.:( I've had several painful chronic illnesses but anxiety disorder is the worst, mentally and physically.

You'll feel better once you get some real answers. Don't give up!
