Ok, Im not a rascist, and Im American and Im not Japanese so this isn't a nationalistic thing.

What if anime&manga were own by other places in the world, if Japan handed another nation all rights of anime&manga do you think that they would be able to handle the true greatness that is anime?!!!!

Bonus:

1)If this happened do you think anime would be comprimized or kept the same?

2)Does being an anime fan make you feel unique, does it alter your disposition?

3)What are your views on change?

Nerds Rule~!
For the 3rd Bonus Im not referring to change as in money, Im referring to change as in change in society, change in culture, religious change, political change etc.
And FYI: I am for change, I support change, I really dont like when things are the same, unless things are kept the same for good reasons, other than that I stand for change.

I guess but ... anime is heavily influenced by Japan because that is where it was created. If you had other anime creators from different countries, anime would be very different from what it is now. I guess there would be a lot of cultural differences. Well some, in any case. My guess is that, anime would then be categorized even more by which country it came from.

>I wouldn't say compromised ... there would be ( if it's possible ) more variety. Maybe some other country would tweak the basic art form ... ? Ah, I'd be sad.):

2)Does being an anime fan make you feel unique, does it alter your disposition?
>It doesn't really make me feel unique. There are many other anime fans out there, but some times I do, since I don't have any friends who are really into it 'cept for one. And maybe ... because anime sometimes just boggles my mind. It makes you think in ways your normally wouldn't. So yes, I guess my disposition is slightly different from others ( mention Alice in Wonderland, i think of Pandora Hearts and so on ).

3)What are your views on change?
> Change in general ? Sometime's it's good. Sometime's I don't like it. But we all have to move on, in one point of our lives. And now, I'm going to go photobucket quote on you; " Day by day it seems like nothing changes, but when you look back years from now, everything's changed " err some crap like that

edit; WAAAIIIIT ! YES, change is a VERY good thing. Especially basic "change", as in changing your under wear O.O .... sorry. I had a weird visual and i just needed to inform you guys ...

This is an interesting question.

Personally, I don't believe that any other nation in the world would do the same good job as Japan does with both manga and anime. Now, I'm not being racist, but the Japanese are basically the "Gods" of the manga and anime world.

1. It would be changed dramatically, as it wouldn't posses the original feel at all. It would just feel like a cheap imitation.

2. It doesn't make me feel unique, as there are thousands (even millions) of manga and anime fans in the world. However, only a few hundred like the stuff I like.

3. I'm all for change, as long as it doesn't take over anything. I prefer everything to be kept equal rather than one religion or belief ruling the world.

hi=D

i really dont think so.
America's thing is comics, not manga <.< and there isnt much activities with regards to anime/manga from other nations

1)If this happened do you think anime would be comprimized or kept the same?

2)Does being an anime fan make you feel unique, does it alter your disposition?
