Could not receive MMS. Can someone help me?

OK I activated my Samsung myshotII two days ago, and finally ported my nuraber in.
Here is the problem: anytime if I want to send a mms to [email protected], it would be returned and show info as below:

The message could not be delivered to the following recipient:
[email protected]

Couple times I received a text message, notified me that there is a mms message with a link and a passcode. I clicked link on my phone and then it says "504 timeout". But I could login on my computer following the link www.mycricket.com/mms with the passcode it sent to me in my text message.

I called cricket CS 4 times, they only could reflash their system and asked me to re-program. Finally I talked to a supervisor who only asked me to follow the instruction to manually program the phone which I did (##626*).

If I send MMS to a verizon phone, the MMS could be sent out but many times the phone says "invalid address". And many times, the phone could not receive MMS from other phones, again it gives a link and passcode and it does not work.

Anyone could help me out? Thanks!

The whole situation is, I setup a IP camera in my parent's cottage, it takes a pic if any motion/noise detected, and senRAB the pic to an email address, which I want to use my phone's email address.
I was before with Vigrin mobile. They have unlimited text, mms, email all for $10 a month. But for $45/month I only got 300min, plus many times their system could not delivery my mms to my phone, so I switched to pageplus.
Honestly, PP has the best and reliable service. I had received all my mms all the times, I could see the picture the ip camera sent to me right way on my phone. But unfortunately their $40 plan only has 20 rab data, and my MMS uses about 1rab each day (their MMS also count as a text message so the 1200 plan could not fit my need either)
So I switched to Cricket and now it just does not work and even worse than virgin mobile.

Hi ArkieKDealer, I appreciated your help!
The phone still does same thing, if I send a MMS out, after "sending message" it says "invalid address". If I send a MMS to my phone via email, it will be returned and the phone never receives anything.
So I will take it to local Cricket store to check zww code.

I feel for you, when I first ported to cricket from boost I had nothing but problems. Text, MMS, CNAM, caller ID. All but the CNAM was cleared up within the first two weeks, took two yrs almost for the CNAM to get cleared up.

If all else fails cricket has their own forum that they run, post a complaint there and one of the MoRAB will get someone from Corp. in California to call you and get it taken care of.

Thank you for your suggestion! I will try to post on their own forum. I don't know anything about phone flash and CNAM.... (but I guess I can learn by using google), all I want is that the phone works properly.

Update:
Finally I had time to bring the phone to local cricket service store. One employee sent a pic email from her computer to my phone and her cricket phone, her phone received, mine did not. She called supervisor, he checked my phone a long time and finally said to surabit a ticket for the issue.

Since my Samsung Myshot II is new, so I suggested to have a same phone exchange to see what happen. The employee got one new Myshot II and did esn change. Sent mms to my phone, NO response! I actually thought if phone exchange could resolve the problem, I would keep the new one even it could invalid my phone's $30 rebate. Anyway, esn changed back so I got my own phone back with a ticket.

Now, since have all these done, the phone MMS start working (surprise!). I can send mms out, I can receive mms in. Strange enough, if the phone receive a pic sent by email, the phone will show only a text message without pic, but if I try to "forward" it, the phone gives me a opportunity to edit it, and I can see the pic in attachment!
