Could my fish have pop eye disease?

Hello there, I have a year old black moor that i believe might have pop eye.
As I'm not an expert in this sort of stuff I thought I'd ask around before going ahead and doing something I might regret.

My black moor has always had this odd looking thing in his eye, at first i thought it might be a food pellet that got stuck in there, however this odd thing is a cloudy white color and looks fluffy and hasn't increased in size or decreased.

Yesterday I noticed an odd lump under my black moors left eye. This lump increased graduly over time, within two hours, n then later on after i checked back on him the lump had poped. The lump was a clear cloudy color.

Today I have noticed that the lump which had poped had caused a whiteish cloudy line under the bottem of my fishes eye.
The odd thing in the fishes eye hasn't disapeared and I've just found out about pop eye and I dont wish my fish to go through that sort of problems. I've heard of some products that might help but I'm not overly sure whether or not that my fish has pop eye or has a fungai infection.

btw I also have a shabunkin in the tank as well and there has been no problems between the two, however i have not checked my ph or cleaned my filter yet.
my black moor is also active and nothing has changed in their behavour.

Could someone please help me out here as I dont wish to have a dead
