I don't remember what the first one looked like exactly, but I remember he was relatively still and there was some sort of weird shaking that got me worried... again, I don't remember exactly what it looked like. When he stopped shaking, I think he began to act normal, but I don't really remember if it took a second for him to act normal or not. Today though, I noticed something odd. He was opening and closing (but not closing all the way) his mouth in an odd, repetitive, and rapid way that also involved trebling of the head that possibly could be explained by the odd mouth movements (accompanied by a sound something like "ack ka ka ka"). His ears were also back when this was happening. When this stopped, his ears went back to normal and he shifted his position on the couch.
As for the breathing thing, I've noticed this a few times recently. He'll be laying down with his head and neck stretched straight out, horizontally, but not on the ground and he sounds like he's having a hard time breathing. This is not followed by any hair balls or anything like that. Just sudden difficulty breathing followed by normal breathing.
