Could I've been hacked through msn chatting?

So this person added me on msn and we chatted for not more than 1 minute before she asked me to on my webcam or login to some weird websites so that i could see her naked. I closed the window , blocked and delete this contact immediately.

I also changed my msn password as a precaution but still i'm freaking out.

Could I've been hacked already? Any solutions?
also how would i know if i'm being hacked??
 
no it is just spamers, msn is secured unless you gave out info like password login name and so forth i get them all the time....
