Could I put the engine/tranny/front end/rear end from my 2005 Ford Police Interceptor...

The drive train parts (engine, transmission, rear end) should work just fine with some modifications. Engine mounts can be found for the swap that will work with a little effort. The width of the engine compartment may cause problems. It may require constructing a flip up hood area and removing the fender panels to fit.
As for the front end suspension, no. Not with out a lot of work. How ever there are always the Mustang II based units that can be welded on to the frame.
Check out parts at Speedway Motors. There are other sites, get a copy of a rod and custom magazine. Plenty of vendors can be found in them for the parts you may need.
