I have always wondered if I could actually be a model. My family and friends say so, but I want the honest truth. If so, what type of modeling? I am on a diet right now, and am loosing weight. My goal is 120 lbs, and I am 5'5"/ 5'6" ish. I know this is short, but I have been told I could do swim suit modeling when I am in good shape.

Also, if you think I could actually do some modeling, how do I get started? I am moving to LA this summer. I don't want to get scammed or stuck in any shady situations.
Also, if anyone has time, can you answer my other question? All i've gotton is spam...

i feel like nowadays they are looking for girls that look different...kind of like the awkward, tall, lanky type with certain facial features that stand out (aka big mouth, high cheek bones, etc..) you're really pretty but in a girl next door kind of way. but hey try it out. its incredibly hard to get into the modeling business. a lot of it has to do with luck. have a good portfolio!

You are certainly pretty, but with your height, you'd probably be best for modeling petite sizes, I think...

I think you have potential. I know that on America's Next Top Model they do say you have to be 5"7. I dont know anything else tho.
