Ok, so I bought a reloadable Pre-Paid visa card at our local Wal-Mart tonight and preloaded $50 on to it. I was in a rush and didn't read the fine print. It specified that one had to be over 18 to use it? I'm 16 and i was wondering if i had my parent's permission, could i activate it in my name and still us it? or could i have my parent register for the card and i use it? would that be fine? or would it create some kind of conflict? Please help, suggestions ??
Could i possibly use a pre paid visa card and be under 18?
