Could i play guild wars with slow internet speeds?

I'm just wondering if guild wars will still work with 10-30kb/s internet speeds, even if it is as slow as hell it'd still be nice to know if it would be playable.

PS-I'm running a next-gen comp if specs are worth anything
parents say that a 4 mile cable isnt worth 10000$, and i kinda agree with them...
satilite internet sucks though >.<

Yes absolutely. Sometimes my connection goes down to 30 kb/s for whole days and I never have any problems. I don't think Guild Wars is very bandwidth intensive.
