So i had this pain in my stomach about 2 days ago, I could feel it digesting and it felt hot and acidly and bubbly, then I had some diarrhea and then after that past i just had pain and thats it and its slowly starting to gradually go away but I haven't lost my appetite but there is a few symptons i have but My doctor said that it could be a stomach flu or something but theres also a little pain in my sides and back so i really dont know ? could anyone help on what it actually could be?
