I have not paid my car note for almost a year now and the bank continuously calls me but they have not been able to repo the car. I don't go to drastic measures to hide from them but I do have a garage that I park the car in while at home. The bank is telling me that in my state (Texas) not giving the car up is considered Grand Theft Auto and I could face a felony charge? Is this true?
