Could I get into Salisbury University with a 3.27 GPA and 1490 SAT (2400)?

Just some of factors: I had a 2.5 freshman year and honor roll all last year with honor roll some of sophomore year. I don't do any sports but I volunteer a lot and do Medical Explorers.

I'm taking the SAT again because I was having a bad day the day I took it so I'm hoping I will do better.
