Could I get emancipated in PA if I am 16 years of age with a child and live in

a stressful environment? I am 16 years old, I have a two month old daughter, and a job. I live in a stressful environment with a mother who is verbally abusive and is not taking the medication that she needs. I feel that I could do a lot better for me and my daughter if I didn't have my mother holding me back.
