Someone with knowledge of paypal what do you think will happen in this scenario?
I bought club box seats on ebay and paid with paypal. The auction expressly states club "box seats" but when I got to the game there was no box or privacy suite. It was just a regular section of outside seats in what they label club section. The seller made the mistake by labeling their seats club box seats when they should have labeled them club seats, this is a big difference.
The items we're not as described but I already went to the game... what do you think paypal would side with in this scenario? The auction clearly states club box seats but the tickets have been used so a return to sender wouldn't mean much.
Who do you think paypal would side with if I filed an item not as described dispute?
There's a massive price difference between club seating and club box seating, I feel slighted although I enjoyed the game.
