I have to do cardio for 30 minutes every other day to get into shape. I would like to ride my bike, but it has a slashed tire. If I use my brothers bike ( which is a bit smaller and a lot more painful) would it help more than my bike?
Also, if I run everyday and do cardio, about how long would it take me to get into shape?
