Could i be pregnant if i started my period the morning after i had sex?

my husband and i had sex and he came inside of me but the next morning i started my period.
now im nasuated and throwing up constantly and my boobs are starting to get really sensitive.
since i started my period the day after, does it mean that im not pregnant? or could i still be?
