Yes anyone can write even you at first when I begin to write my novel I said I couldn't do it but I open my heart and let me feeling out. I am waiting to finsh so it can be pulished.

anyone can be an author, age is insignificant, if anything its something that could help you gain publicity. However, your work must be superior and speak in a mature way so many different kinds of people can relate to it.
