Hey, everyone. A little background first. 52 year old female with sciatica and osteoarthritis of the neck and shoulders.
This winter has been the worst. Every time I go out in 20 Fahrenheit or less degree weather, I find I lose muscle control in my legs and arms, down to feet and hands. Once I get back inside, it is hard to get my extremities to warm up and be more mobile, and it takes a while for some of the numbness to go away.
I will also ache really bad in the muscles, mostly my biceps and down the backs of my legs.
Could I just be getting sensitive to cold weather? Someone told me that it is also just part of aging as our circulation starts to deteriorate.
Any ideas you have would be helpful.
