Most people are relieved of their hard-earned capital by the con artists who have orchestrated an elegant, complex scam. This facilitation of monetary relocation has made life very good for those who don't produce. Such losses of the laborers then creates the need for more work, which makes cities possible. Isn't therefore corruption the only real Ace-up-the-sleeve of mankind? Doesn't this justify the obscene golden parachutes of the CEO who're now suntanning in Bermuda till they croak?

No

Even with strong controls in place you will still see problems. Senator Steven and Boston State Rep Wilkerson show you a few of the issues in the US. Africa is terrible! There is not a single place on this good earth not plagued by corruption.
