The human body record g-force taken is a 178.
Average 9mm velocity is 681.8 MPH. In order to dodge a bullet bruce lee would have to withstand 190,000 g-forced and move over 682 mph to get out of the way of the bullet. Under that stress the human body would be torn apart. Bruce Lee was a man, not superman.
