Could Bluetooth charge my phone for internet?

My phone bill says I used $75 of internet! And I know that's ridiculous because I never go on the internet. This month, a friend of mine asked if he could transfer songs onto my phone through Bluetooth, so I said it was fine because I use Bluetooth all the time. I watched him transfer the songs, and it was just like any regular Bluetooth exchange, but is there any way my phone would charge internet service for this?
