...tact, diplomacy and good judgement? I am going to be asked about this in an interview and although i have been working in a customer relations department, for a good number of years, i'm not certain whether i would go about answering this, in the context of being a team player or towards customers.
Any feedback except ones telling me i'm not very bright (I know I'm not , would be appreciated).
