Seems not. Cause AMerican women act more mature and i can never imagine them acting like little cute girls. I've seen Japanese Women that even in their 20's act like little cutsy girls.

It would be pretty weird if American Women started acting Cute like those Japanese women that act like little kids , voice and manerisms.

"Western" women in general lack the moral capacity to so do; moreover, imperialist US feminazi and Puritanical laws imposed throughout the world discourage any sane person from appreciating such natural expressions of playful sexuality. We're doomed!
