Could alien civilizations be within view of the ubble telescope?

Let me know if this scenario is theoretically possible. There are thriving alien planets with intelligent life forms living within the Hubble Telescope's view but we cannot see them because of how long it takes light to travel to our galaxy. Is that a possibility?
i get it this question was kinda dumb because you are right we cannot clearly see any planet outside of our solar system, we can only see the galaxies and some bright stars. So there actually could be some interesting planets in some of the galaxies that we already see
 
considering we cant the nearest planet outside out solarsystem clearly with the Hubble it is very unlikey to see any forms of alien civilizations
