could a tuned honda OBD1 auto computer shift a jeep auto trans?

1996 jeep cherokee auto trans, with a mid 90s honda automatic computer (after being tuned) to shift the trans, if not, why not-& if there is some kind of converter needed to convert the signal or something please let me know if thats possible.
